Do you need Yoga’s benefits of stretching & relaxation, but have trouble getting up from the floor? You'll want to join us, then. Adriann instructs students in basic poses & stretches to strengthen your mind and body with a chair for balance. Wear clothing that allows for movement. Please bring a yoga mat and a yoga strap.
