Learn beading on fabric and peyote beading a cabochon to a foundation, and make a brooch or a pendant to wear later! A cabochon is a domed stone, crystal, or rounded button with a flat back; sew beads around it and we'll teach you how to build up a wall of beads to enclose the cabochon securely. Then embroider more beads, and learn how to finish the back with soft leather or ultrasuede into a hanging pendant or brooch with a pinback. Instructors have 100 years of beading experience between them, and they will provide individual attention as needed. Supply kits will contain more than enough supplies for two complete pins or pendants. No prior experience with beads necessary.
