Renting the Arts Center

The Community Arts Center has 2.5 acres of scenic beauty and indoor spaces that are fully customizable, located in the idyllic Westmont neighborhood of Johnstown, Pennsylvania. You can rent a specific room of the Arts Center, utilize our outdoor property (an open grassy area and picturesque pond, perfect for an outdoor picnic or wedding ceremony), or even secure the entire facility for a larger event! We've had the pleasure of hosting baby showers, office parties, graduation parties, bridal showers, wedding ceremonies, wedding receptions, birthday parties, and more.

Each rental option includes day-before setup (as long as our calendar allows!), where you drop off items, decorate, and prepare the space for your event. Tables and chairs are included with all rentals and will be arranged prior to your arrival. Day-before setup is based on CACCC’s availability and must happen during CACCC operational hours to avoid additional charges. Saturday, Sunday and weeknight rental upcharges are in effect when CACCC is not open during regular operational hours. A maintenance fee is added to all rental prices and this amount will change depending on what your total rental price is.

CACCC also offers kitchen use, linens, and chair covers at additional costs.

We’ve recently completed a 5,549 square foot addition in 2021, which means more opportunities for the perfect rental space! The M. Josephine Paul Family Museum connects to the Goldhaber-Fend Fine Arts Center building and features a gallery & black box theatre space on the first floor and our “atelier” event space on the second floor.
