Yoga

Tuesdays: 1:00 - 2:00 PM

4 Weeks - Members: $36 Non-Members: $40

5 Weeks - Members: $45 Non-Member: $50

Drop-Ins: $12 per class

Energize your life! Practice Yoga to restore and renew your spirits. Yoga releases tension & stress and boosts radiance. Wear loose comfortable clothing. Bring a yoga mat and a yoga strap to class.

Chair Yogercise

Chair Yoga brings the benefits of improved strength, flexibility, balance & relaxation without the struggle of getting up from the floor. Adriann’s caring instruction gives her students confidence to practice Yoga at their own pace and skill level to strengthen mind & body with a chair for balance. Wear clothing that allows for movement. Bring a yoga mat and a yoga strap to class.

Tai Chi

6 Wednesdays: April 8 - May 13: 6:00 - 7:00 PM

6 Weeks - Members: $48 Non-Members: $54

Instructor: Patti Wirick


Tai Chi is the practice of aligning breath, movement, and awareness for exercise, healing, and meditation. With roots in Chinese medicine, martial arts, and philosophy, Tai Chi involves proper posture, rhythmic breathing coordinated with slow, smooth repetition of fluid movement in a calm mindful state. Participants typically learn balance skills and rhythmic breathing techniques to improve fitness, reduce stress, loosening of the joints, help with arthritis, enhanced blood circulation and fall prevention. Perfect for anyone, of any age and any physical ability. Wear comfortable clothes and flat shoes.

Sound Bath Meditation

1st Tuesday & Saturday of each Month:

Tuesdays: February 3, March 3, April 7: 7:00 - 8:00 PM

Saturdays: February 7, March 7, April 4: 7:00 - 8:00 PM

Price for each individual 1-hour session: M: $16 NM: $21

Instructor: Fran Benfield


We welcome you to a Sound Bath Event. At this event you will be "bathed" in beautiful sounds from Singing Crystal Bowls, Brass Chimes, Ocean sounds and a Crystal pyramid. The sounds will be relaxing, healing and have restorative vibrations. Please come with a yoga mat, blanket, small pillow and some sort of eye mask. Some of the numerous benefits include reduced stress, Chakra balancing, enhanced well-being, and improved sleep quality in the days following treatment.
