Yoga

Tuesdays: 1:00 - 2:00 PM

4 Weeks - Members: $36 Non-Members: $40

5 Weeks - Members: $45 Non-Member: $50

Energize your life! Practice Yoga to restore and renew your spirits. Yoga releases tension & stress and boosts radiance. Wear loose comfortable clothing. Bring a yoga mat and a yoga strap to class.

Chair Yoga

Wednesdays: 8:30 - 9:30 AM

Chair Yoga brings the benefits of improved strength, flexibility, balance & relaxation without the struggle of getting up from the floor. Adriann’s caring instruction gives her students confidence to practice Yoga at their own pace and skill level to strengthen mind & body with a chair for balance. Wear clothing that allows for movement. Bring a yoga mat and a yoga strap to class.

Tai Chi (Canceled!)

Wednesdays: 5:00 - 6:00 PM

Members: $54 Non-Members: $60

Tai Chi consists of fluid, gentle, slow and relaxed movements that create harmony between the body and mind. It is sometimes referred to as “moving meditation”! Tai Chi is suitable for anyone and can be practiced almost anywhere. No special clothing or equipment is required. Regular practice of Tai Chi can improve muscle strength, fitness, flexibility and balance. Come join us to discover the many benefits of Tai Chi.

Dancercise

Wednesdays: 6:00 - 7:00 PM

4 Weeks - Members: $32 Non-Members: $36

5 Weeks - Members: $40 Non-Members: $45

Love to dance and exercise? Even if you despise to exercise, this is the classfor you. Dancersize is a fun, unique, fitness class that gets you moving to great music while you bust out some impressive moves, Each movement can be adjusted to fit any skill or fitness level. Enjoy cardio, stretching and strength, as you shake a tailfeather! Pre– registration is required.

Qigong

4 Mondays: April 7 - 28 10:00 - 10:45 AM

Members: $32 Non-Members: $36

Instructor: Fran Leventry


Cultivate and balance your body’s vital energy, feeling reinvigorated from your daily stress! Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice that integrates physical movement, controlled breathing, and meditation. Wear moveable and comfortable clothing. This class can be done standing or sitting.
